Since 1988, I have been in the commercial real estate business. Prior to a career pivot I was a concert promoter, culminating in the founding role of Toronto International Jazz Festival which continues today. The transition of careers was seamless at that time, as I was imbedded in the Downtown Toronto Entertainment core with various property owners, and interests. I have played a role in the transformation from the Industrial neighborhoods of Toronto to today’s model of Urbanization.

I have a strong understanding of Planning Issues in particular Special Policy Areas within the Urban boundary. I believe in providing an accurate assessment supported by data to both Buyers and Sellers, to assist through the Sale process. My geographical and asset type has expanded to include the surroundings Greater Toronto Area. I am in constant search for the next corridor of growth in Developments and Investment Capital markets.
