About Meaghan
Real estate has always been a passion. With previous experience selling franchises in Eastern Canada for national brands like Boston Pizza and Mr. Greek, Meaghan first held her real estate license to support commercial real estate sales and leases. These large, multi-faceted transactions were driven by individual investors and their families, often investing their life’s savings – getting the deal right and a strong ROI for all parties was paramount.
Meaghan made sacrifices to buy her first house at age 25 and is currently a residential landlord as well as being a homeowner in the High Park Area. It was a real-estate journey that caught the interest of publications like the Toronto Star and Toronto Life, as she sold one of the first homes in West Toronto after COVID hit in 2020.
Meaghan adds value for her clients through a keen interest in the local market, and advises on personal deals as well as for investment properties. She helps navigate selling or purchasing journeys from end to end with a full-service and all-encompassing approach.
Having been through it herself many times, she genuinely understands the financial and emotional nature of real estate transactions and how to support her clients through every aspect of a deal.
